This course explains how to use Visio to create charts, graphs, diagrams, and multipurpose forms by tying Visio charts to data sources. Users will learn how to use Visio to create graphic representations of data in spreadsheet or database applications.
Objectives:
- Use the shapes on the Charting Shapes stencil
- Create a marketing chart or diagram using shapes, borders, and titles
- Use an existing form or create a new form
- Identify the requirements for linking a data source to a Visio diagram
- Link a Visio diagram with an outside data source
