This course introduces the use of Java, ActiveX, and database connections within a web site.
Objectives:
- Compare and contrast Java applets and ActiveX controls
- Insert ActiveX controls into a Visual InterDev project
- Connect a Visual InterDev project to a database
- Build SQL statements with the Query Designer
- Explain the ActiveX Data Object and its relationship to Visual InterDev
