Prerequisites: Valid CCNA or CCDA certification Test Recommended Training 642-143 IPTX    IP Telephony Express (IPTX) Recertification: Cisco IP Communications Express Specialist certifications are valid for two years. To recertify, take and pass the current version of the exam, or pass a CCIE written exam on or after October 1, 2004.
